RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Elgante is committed to providing the comfortable lingerie along with comfort and style to all the customers with our best quality products, easy shopping experience and eager customer support. If you have any doubt regarding your size, you can check our size chart and also feel free to contact us on 8860071007 regarding any query. We will be happy to help you.

Despite all our efforts, if you are not satisfied with the product you have received, here is our return and exchange policy.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE CRITERIA-

  1. Only size exchange is available excluding products where hygiene is of utmost importance as mentioned in point no.3.

  2. Our return and exchange policy allows for you to return/exchange your order within 15days of the order’s delivery. Option to place a return/exchange request will be disabled in your account after 15 days of the order’s delivery.

  3. For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept return or exchange of briefs, panties, shape-wear, panty hose, body suits or an opened box of a multi piece set that includes panties.

  4. Cash/ refund cannot be claimed against gift cards/coupons and gift wraps.

  5. Certain sale events or offers will not be covered under our standard return/exchange policies. Their terms will be defined and mentioned separately.

  6. When free gifts/offers are associated with the purchases and the customer wishes to return the purchase, then the customer must return the free products along with the purchased product.

  7. Opened/ used/ altered products will not be accepted for return or exchange.

  8. Refuse returns if original packaging (mono cartons, tags, labels, etc.) is missing.

  9. Accept returns if Wrong/Expired/Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product or packaging.

  10. Products sold as packs cannot be returned as single items.

  11. After we receive the returned product, we will credit the amount in your desired mode of payment within 3-5 working days.

 

HOW TO RETURN THE ORDER YOU HAVE PLACED-

  • Click on the ‘Return/Exchange’ link against your order in the Order History section in My Account.

  • In case you are a Guest User, fill in your order details in the Track Order page.

  • Click on the Return link, indicate the reason for return, choose a mode of refund and confirm request.

  • Once the return request is placed, we will make sure that this is processed on priority.
